hey i just booked block E as well, loan approved by MBB... so far still waiting other banks to process so can compare... anyone wanna share the 1%? btw is that a good timing to buy right now? saw the news this morning telling that JB property price is dropping by 20%

Anyone encounter the issue of parking as well? Before I made booking I asked the SA and he told be that it's side-by-side parking ... somehow when i was going to sign snp yesterday only found out that it's tandem parking ... so I decided not signing it first until it is fixed... The unit I bought was Tower E, level 6 type A2... Anyone facing the same issue?
