Good day Lakeville owners.

Is it true that there will be a block or two for pr1ma here?
*
if read from previous post, there is 1 block which is rumah mampu milik beside block F, but looks like is another building not count in lakeville residence.

Anyone encounter the issue of parking as well? Before I made booking I asked the SA and he told be that it's side-by-side parking ... somehow when i was going to sign snp yesterday only found out that it's tandem parking ... so I decided not signing it first until it is fixed... The unit I bought was Tower E, level 6 type A2... Anyone facing the same issue?
*
i'm also having this tandem parking issue, but my wife love the lv so much so we decide sign the spa then only go to sale gallery check with office staff how to solve this issue.

side by side only for high floor unit ..

i don't think the tandem parking is for lower floor, mine is 18th floor also getting tandem parking, i believe it is for those smaller unit like type A1 & A2.

Good Luck!~

If there are units with side by side parking available, you should not sign the S&P but just swap the unit since ur wife likes LV so much and if tandem parking is an issue for you.

If already signed the S&P, I dont think the developer willing to swap the parkings for you as it had been allocated for all units and they deemed it as fair basis since lower floor units are comes with cheaper price for most development.

Previously I have no issue buying apartments with tandem parking as long as I like the unit floor, facing or view, layout and esp if price concerns. But now, since all apartments also costsed RM 500-600k and above, I only prefer to buy with individual parkings as it is really a hassle for the future buyers with higher price tag.

Wish luck is with me!!

When i visit the sales gallery the agent is promoting lv as usual, but come to parking allocation, at least they didn't promise anything but ask me refer to spa, and at that time only 2 unit available for me which 13A & 18, so 18 is my only choice. Since these 2 unit have 60k price gap with same type layout, i thought i will have privilege in allocate a side by side car park, sigh.....

Yeah bro you should not sign the S&P first .... They wont put much effort cuz they already got the money ...
My main problem is why u promised me there is side-by-side parking before i make the booking?
Better u dont commit anything or tell me before i proceed further... sigh ...dont think they able to change ...
*
this is the agent problem, promise heaven & earth but deliver nothing. My agent is my friend, so speaking frankly he don't promise me but let me consider worth to buy it or no. So for new buyer better check with sales gallery rather than listen to SA.

Ic bro.

Is that outsource agents told you that sentence of " car park allocation only to be known upon signing S&P ? "

As LV is on-going project for being more than a year, a direct SA from TMS would definitely know if the unit is side by side or tandem, but I understand he / she might be unable to disclose the exactly lot no in the car park levels as this is confusing on their selling kit and the management worried their own staffs to make good use of this tool to earn side income by keeping the such good parking lots unit to relatives or friends only.

In this case, the SA would mention that the exact lot number would be only known upon signing S&P.

Anyway, the 1st thing you can do now is, call your S&P solicitor and find out whether they had send for stamping. If not yet, you have chance to change unit.

Thanks for the suggestion, but if MS reject the appeal then got no choice, just let it be. take it as a lesson for future awareness.

no matter how much deposit u have paid & what reason u pull out like loan rejected, don't like the unit & bla bla bla, your 1K deposit + 6% will be forfeited.
