Wow, so so so happening here. Hi all i am new here. I am one of the buyer for lakeville too. Now every project also got ppl shoot. Every one also looking property very near to KLCC(KL), Low den, zero pollution, no jam, big size and below 500 psf. If yes tell me where i dont mind buy 1 more. BTW forum is for ppl voice out their opinion. No hard feeling ya just my commend.

Phase 1 not fully sold yet. but only the highest floor left and the pricing RM800K+ to RM 900K. he is looking around RM 600k +- .

Just contacted that MS sales executive. The leasing 99 years is start from 2014 is still under process. Will done latest by end of this year.

Mao zai, I got the mid floor 978 sq ft around RM630k+(S&P Price and not yet discount 5%). The lowest 1 if no mistake should be cheaper than mine around 65k. The highest floor left few size. I check 1 round last 2 week and saw the price range between 800K to 900K. The pricing detail i suggest you direct contact sales executive there better.

Is back & front. That parking Unit number stated in order form should same with S&P. Don't think can simply change.

Yes, is commercial title. mean you need pay more on water and electricity bill. They said will converting to resident title now. But i don't think can change easily. So what it the outcome, you know i know lor..
