The most standout part of lakeville will be the lake view itself within klang valley (if MH really going to dump in $$$ to revamp the lake- heard that its going to be a hefty sump) and second will be the facilities which going to be above the carpark.. it will be a mini park by the lake... other than that, the size of the smallest condo which is 900++ sqft really looks big for its size due to the open space concept... really hope that the as promise 2 road link will materialize as it will benefits not only the resident but to MH reputation as well....

Heard from my agent that MH have already applied for extension of the leasing to 99 years starting June 2014. Have not check into it, just wonder any of you sifu heard of the news as well?

Collected my SAP, parking is side by side as indicated in the layout of the parking area. but if tandem parking also, from the layout seem like the parking is accessible from both end. Correct me if i am wrong.....
