Agree... now early bird not much advantage... only 5% rebate... and yet, buy now get 13% rebate.... =.=!!!

Interested then buy loh... If not then go buy other project loh... free will one ma.. no one force u to buy... every project got pro n con... no 100% perfect de... so give n take on your own requirements, whether its for own stay or investment... u make your own decision... yawn.gif)

When its new, it will be safe... important they have to continue to maintain it... most of the time, it becomes hazardous and harmful (not only to human, to the environment as well) when they take short cuts and reduce cost on the maintenance upkeep...
Initially thought wanna get it for own stay... now not too sure already... **dilemma**
