Does it make sense to what the SA had claimed? It is not logic at all as the whole units sit the the leased land, what sort of theory behind ?😅😅😅

I think it is still possible to get loan approved in a week time. By right , spa is signed after loan approved To safeguard yourself from any unforeseen risks. Btw, hope ur loans approved and welcome neighbor smile.gif

Haha, the last most expensive units and said to be the best feng shuis . If the lake not cleaned and well maintained , think this blocks would likely to enjoy the "view and smells" . Btw,some ppl may not like it as facing west. Perhaps Ms can do something unique like sky lounge , penthouse, duplex to attracts buyers. Most important is the cleanliness of the lake with improved water quality for recreational purposes.

It is slow given the market condition now but at least they still manage to sell. Most 978sft is taken.

Smell is not the main issues but the long term health threats are the asses releases are toxic &dangerous .it could spread 10km-50km radius. I am worry too
