total 6 blocks.. not 8... yeah density is quite high... but the development will be the only one in that vicinity.. dun think there is another room space for another development... unless they strip of all the landed property in front of the Lakeville... but bare in mind the STP and the upcoming incinerator at taman beringin... its quite nearby... those are the few negative from what i read in this forum..

other then that, like u say, the layout is good, location is also not bad... jalan kuching and jalan ipoh is very jam in the morning, i agree... but at least it is still moving... so i am still okay with it...

facilities is a selling point and the lake as well (if they honour their promises whereby MH will spend around 3mil to uplift the area including the lake)...

and the upcoming two road link, one to tesco and another one to the jalan kepong lama... this will be a plus plus for the project...

Just my 2 cents worth...

agree with you babana but what i meant within the vicinity is in close proximity... not like those high end condos in mont kiara... all being built like a couple meters away...

just my own opinion la... different ppl have different perspective..

loan repayment will not start until 2017... initial one will only be the interest... i have not received mine...

anyone tried to time the walking duration from lakevile to KTM station? really 5 mins? i pass by there a couple time but never see any KTM station nearby also... ???
