i guess depends on the individual sales person as well.. the lady that attend to me was very patient and not pushy...explained everything in detail and always follow up with me... and she's pretty too... biggrin.gif

yup it is... but according to the sales person, MH will try to complete at the end of 2017 and VP early 2018.. but i guess it will not be that early..

the interest normally base on the disbursement rite? and also depends on when developer first release, second...so on so forth.. and also ahve to see the BLR- Xamount... so i think will varies from loan to loan.. and this project dun have DIBS.. so have to bear by buyer.. sorry ah if i got it wrong, coz first prop buyer here.. still very green...

The sales agent did mention it is currently under Commercial Title but they will apply to change to residential... not sure how true is that... Keeping fingers crossed...
