Good Luck!~If there are units with side by side parking available, you should not sign the S&P but just swap the unit since ur wife likes LV so much and if tandem parking is an issue for you.
If already signed the S&P, I dont think the developer willing to swap the parkings for you as it had been allocated for all units and they deemed it as fair basis since lower floor units are comes with cheaper price for most development.
Previously I have no issue buying apartments with tandem parking as long as I like the unit floor, facing or view, layout and esp if price concerns. But now, since all apartments also costsed RM 500-600k and above, I only prefer to buy with individual parkings as it is really a hassle for the future buyers with higher price tag.
