1.Why China postage stated is RMB 5.0 but your quote is RMB 10.0?
First, you need to select Guangdong, Guangzhou, the correct postage fee will be shown.
Please take note that the price shown is first kg price. The price will be changed depends on the weight / quantity of your goods, unless seller didn’t charge for following weight. Especially for those seller who earn lower profit on selling items, their postage fee will charge 1 piece for around 10 RMB, if you adding more quantity, they will charge add on 2-5 RMB for each quantity.
2. When can I receive my parcel? Is it after payment and I will receive within 3-5 working days?
3-5 working days is from our warehouse to Malaysia. Not included seller’s shop /city to our warehouse. Seller is unable send directly from their shop to buyer’s house. Please do understand that seller usually sent out the orders within 48 hours, our warehouse is in Guangzhou, only the same city or nearby city can delivery by 1-2 days, other cities need to take 2-4 days to arrive warehouse. Total duration from the day you make payment will be 5-14 working days to reach you.
If buyer cannot accept or need it urgently, please DO NOT place order, Thanks.
3. Why the bill stated 2kgs but you charge me 3kgs??
If buyer received parcel and the bill stated in 2kgs, but I charged you 3kgs. Please read the following for more details:
How to calculate weight?
*Weight of a package is calculated based on actual or volumetric weight whichever is higher
[Volumetric weight = (Length x Width x Height)cm / 6000]
Example 1：
Actual weight： : 1kg
Dimension： : 30cm*20cm*25cm
Volumetric weight : (30*20*25)/6000 = 2.5 kg
*So 3kg will be applied
Example 2：
Actual weight： : 4kg
Dimension： : 35cm*20cm*30cm
Volumetric weight : (30*20*30)/6000 = 3.0 kg
*So 4kg will be applied
Weight is only calculated as whole numbers without decimals.
Any weight with a decimal is carried forward to the next kg.
(* We will try to reduce the weight for you, so that you able to save the shipping fee~)
