fm transmitters or if u are rich enuf, get an amp wit a line in
then connect ur ipod via the line in to the amp..
there u get blasting sounds

Do shop around for the iTrip.. price varies in different places.. U may also wanna consider other fm transmitters if thats the solution u r going for.. FYI, newer Alpine HU's e.g. 9857, no longer require the KCA-420 adapter.. direct connect to HU via a special cable.. charges yr iPod too..

Hmmm, lots of cool accessories for iPod-enjoyment in a car are available... What is the price range, btw?

If affordable, i may consider getting such devices... Much better than listening to the pod with earphones while driving!

u need to read more on compatability of the KCA-420 unit.. not sure if its 1 size fits all.. there is however, this adaptor which utilises yr CD changer dock.. sadly, its not available locally.. for those interested in the Alpine iPod setup, do shop around as it differs from shop to shop..
