I was fiddling with the Saga Blm engine compartment etc in the front bonnet.
And i acciedntally removed the servo hose. Now I found a loose end of the hose! Noe I dare not drive the Saga.
Please advise me how or where should it connects to?

Pictures of the hose connection are appreciated.

Please advise.
Thank alot.

That looks like breather hose connected to your rocker cover, the loose end should connect to the back of your intake hose.

According to picture above, left is the PCV hose with a metal clip to secure it. The other end should goes to the intake hose, which is connected to the air filter box on the right side. It does not have any clip on the intake side end of your hose, so it tend to loosen when magician service your car.

Wah. So happy to see a large pic!

That is why I could not find the clip up and down the engine bay!!! i thought I had messed up the whole thingy....Thanks pal for your pic, will try to slowly understand the pic.

is it too much trouble to post the pic that shows the connection to the right side (other end of the hose WITHOUT the clip?). Thanking in advance.
So sorry for the trouble as I am not tech guy, only an enthusiast....Emm, wonder why there is no clip wor? so yellow fish!

I'm not too sure whether I get it right because the picture you posted shows limited information. I'm guessing the only hose can detach from your car will be the PCV breather that connect to the intake hose. That side no clip because that loose end is meant for SUCTION. So, unless it was detached during engine off, otherwise it will NOT loosen by itself. So, it is likely caused by accidentally tripped off when magician taking out your air filter to blow/change.

I know where it is, but I couldn't help you at this moment cause my car kena buttsecked, currently still in workshop. The picture was taken before the incident. If you still unsure how to connect it, use your girlfriend/wife/mother/sister's stocking to wrap the loosen end with rubber band, drive the car back to your usual service magician they can help you to connect it back.

You may try to find the inlet around here. There' s an orange color cable in my car, if you notice 1 end connected to the batter, the other end is near by the intake box behind the hose. The inlet is situated around that area, find it and you shall attach it back. Hope this help. Feel free to join our GaGa thread. Plenty of sohigh there and they often do TT at Sri Petaling(almost every Flydei nite) if you able to attend.

Mystery resolved !!!

After checking and checking, went to car workshop and get a plastic string to clip to te loose end. Foreman helped to re insert the hose.
Mytery resolved but took over half hour with the foreman, as the metal clip did not fit in, so need to use the plastic 'thred' like those we use to clip computer cables and sockets.

Pictures below..... Hope its useful for other forummers.

true true. actually there was never a clip on the connection to the iafm (is that iafm? i also dont know le, but i got my iafm changed to a new one just after 2nd service at 5k km, for FREE, hehe). but altho i am not a tech guy, i am fussy and insisted to get a clip just in case the hoe end drops out again when i fiddle with them during cleaning .... it was quite difficult to insert the hose because we could only use fingers to 'feel' the connection at the iafm and simple and blindly push the hose to connect to the iafm .... sweated a lot under the hot sun. too bad the normal metal ring clip could not fit in for tighter clamp.

hope this is useful to blm owners when you find a loose hose one day ... lol
