Received a sms today that the registration for landed property 22 x 75 build up 2020sqft open 28th May. Price starting from RM 408 158 for bumi and RM 438 880 for non-bumi. It is part of Glomac Saujana Rawang project, sister of Botania and Zero Lot. Registration of only RM 2000. Design is much the same with Botania except land area and smaller build up.
Is this a good price? I am planning to take one corner lot. Will contact the SA later.
Landed property always is a good demand especially for growing family in klang area.Demand always there,u no buy,sure will finish.Price appreciated will no stop or the property never will drop....if not,all developer bankrupt & all just buy from P1ima Home by BeeN govertment...Is this a good price? So long i see the price from year 08 until now....price never drop,no because the economy bubble?all because good location area became less(high price psf),cost of living increase,government policy(high tax charge to import simen ,sand & etc .Building cost will increase more than 10% by next quarter.
All teh tarik policy.....example,if u see suigar(simen) ,susu(sand) increase ,the next day,tea tarik(house) price per cup(unit) also increase...If you ask for kurang manis(less built up/small size),price still same. This all shot up the price...
