the sounds sometimes at my Radiator fan and sometimes at front fan (appearing la)..
and really dun noe why ==!

yup! Similar like urs but mine the sound only visible when set the fan to low speed or middle speed. Not sure what's wrong yet tho, will diagonise it after my finals. Maybe not enough power or something .

Means Kraken G10(Estimate RM120)+ All In One(Decent one laa around estimate RM300)
total around RM400 + jo

yah... that's i really hates about..
+need AIO WC sumore..

but considered quite okay la for the price. If go for Custom WB for GPU mostly cost around RM300-400 just for the waterblock for GPU itself. Under custom wc, + the fittings, and extra tubes, would likely be almost the same(if the user already have a loop running in the first place).
