Yup. PGSF is the only reason why I have US exposure. Topped up both funds on Asia, that's why US exposure drop.

Why not include Alliance GEF or CIMB-Principal Global Titans?

my Hwang select Bond -3.xx% so far.. end of the year can go to +4% positive then i happy liao

think about the status of this bond fund in yr portfolio. do u need a bond fund for portfolio diversification purposes?
or are you too distracted by the need for ROI? what is yr need/objectives? ROI or portfolio diversification?
me too..at times in my head there was this "noise" asking why diversify or holding this/that asset class of funds when there is $$ to be made on other asset class.

this bond fund is purely for diversification only.. coz my portfolio now should be 70-80% equity already.. if move this bond out, i dont have bonds portion anymore but i do have UOB's balanced fund though.. in a small amount only, less than 10%..

just a thought..but some sifus may not agree....can consider yr FD & EPF as a % of bond funds? (maybe just for this 1~2 yrs where many experts noises would say the BOND is bearish in the short term).....if u do that,..then yr % of bond would hv increased.

AmAsia Pacific dropped nearly 0.9% yesterday.

Hmm.. what if equity took a hit, then in usual cases bond will go up.. but will FD go up? or stagnant?

i feel u bro but then how u know u switch to equity can make make it become positive? bond might be bad now but it is not as volatile as equity la..
