About that next ipong screen resolution:
http://www.phonearena.com/news/The-iPhone-...r-bezel_id43431...In fact, the source claims that it will be an entirely new panel, with double the pixel count of its predecessor, to 1.5 million pixels in total, which, of course, means that the resolution and pixel density of the display must be much higher. ...

From one of the more sensible comments:
I was about to say the same thing. Before we all start drewling over 652 ppi, let's all check the math. When Apple moved to Retina displays, they went from
480 x 320 = 153600 pixels = 165 ppi
to
960 x 640 = 614400 pixels = 326 ppi
Now if they go from
1138 x 640 = 728320 pixels = 326 ppi
to
1600 x 900 = 1,440,000 pixels = 459 ppi
Which is comparable to the FHD displays on the One and GS4.
Still the same 4.x inches. Boring.
