Tried quite a few times, basically as long as in download mode the count is 0 and all under samsung official not custom, you are good to go.
If there is a 1, make sure u go fully unrooted before proceeding in. As they will just cross off your warranty sticker if they found you rooted.

Only TW ROMs support TW specific features.... all AOSP ROMs allow use of the S-pen but no special features. However you can add back some of this functionality via some of the S-Pen apps as listed in post 12.
