 (WTA) Ectomorph guys but with tummy, Calories deficit or no ?

I don't understand. You said if you do calories deficit, you won't get muscle (true) but at the same time, you choose not to do calories deficit cause your tummy might grow together with muscles??

Deficit = less
Surplus = more

I'm skinny fat as well. I did quite some reading about this. Cause I have around 25% of BF so IMO doesn't make sense to bulk further. So I searched up a lot of forums/articles bout this topic.

I've concluded that people start bulking to an extend of 20% or so of BF and start cutting. Since I have like 25% of BF, I don't really have to bulk any further. So I'm cutting all the time until I'm around 15% then only I'll worry about bulking.

Sifus if you disagree, please enlighten me smile.gif
