 (WTA) Ectomorph guys but with tummy, Calories deficit or no ?

As topic above guys,Im Ectomorph but I have a tummy.Im quite confused,

If I do calories deficit,Im not going to gain muscle , from my knowledge ectomorph needs alot extra calories to build muscles.

If I choose not to do calories deficit,I afraid the tummy grows together with the muscles.

I hope to hear from you guys smile.gif

Bulk -> Gain enough muscles and fats -> Chisel the fats out with a cut -> no tummy, lean body, good abs.

Just got to be determined to go a long process.

how long bulking period is recommended? I got abs, bulk 2 week abs abit gone.. hw to face my friend in swimming pool cry.gif

I don't understand. You said if you do calories deficit, you won't get muscle (true) but at the same time, you choose not to do calories deficit cause your tummy might grow together with muscles??

Deficit = less
Surplus = more

if you want muscle no tummy
bulk then cut, muscle burns fat faster

if you want no muscle no tummy
straight cut, then u become lidi

bulk as in clean bulk
u don want tummy, u gotta eat clean and throw all those junk food(chips, soda, bakery stuff and etc) away

I'm skinny fat as well. I did quite some reading about this. Cause I have around 25% of BF so IMO doesn't make sense to bulk further. So I searched up a lot of forums/articles bout this topic.

I've concluded that people start bulking to an extend of 20% or so of BF and start cutting. Since I have like 25% of BF, I don't really have to bulk any further. So I'm cutting all the time until I'm around 15% then only I'll worry about bulking.

Sifus if you disagree, please enlighten me smile.gif

no.. some don't prefer cut.. eat slightly higher..
