a few updates, just started on sleeving job. cable sleeves bought from our local topazzatech, some may say mdpc-x is better quality, but i prefer support local thumbup.gif

colors of choice are cobalt blue+shadow black+carbon fiber. im scared that the carbon fiber might not differ from the black, will have to see. blue sleevings are done, gonna finish the rest by this weekend hopefully

sleeving 99% done. cables that haven't sleeved yet is fan cables (may change fans in the future, probably noiseblocker) , pump cable, header cables. will finish 100% sleeving when i disassemble the entire rig.

sleeving job isn't perfect, but my ocd aint that bad, so i'll just leave it like this for a while tongue.gif

maybe one of these days i'll take at least 1 decent photo, this camera phone just ain't gonna cut it, very poor quality.

phase 3, which is acrylic panels, will have to be put on hold for a while. i spent my rig budget on Metallica tickets rclxm9.gif

i set the heat gun at lowest settings, maybe i heated the tube too long, or the distance is just too near the tube.

any advice? i may attempt it again in the future tongue.gif

its been 3 months since my last update, was very busy with studies and all that stuff, had no time to work on my rig. since then, only a few updates on the rig, not much.

- added some led's
- painted the 140mm nzxt fans to silver
- painted all the "pcie" brackets and the front panel mesh to silver
- bought 2x noiseblocker xl2 fans (might change all of my radiator fans to this in the future, since they are just awesome! thumbup.gif )

pretty happy with the overall look so far, next and final step is to try and make acrylic panels to cover up the psu and some other parts (hdd cage, 3.5 drive cage etc).

here's some crappy quality images tongue.gif

this maybe the last update for this worklog, I am now considering to sell off most of my hardware from this rig, everything except for the proc and graphics card, everything else will be up for sale, so for those who are interested can pm me, specs are on the 1st page.

reason for this is because, I always wanted to build a m-itx rig, so maybe in the future i'll make a new worklog "mini proteus" tongue.gif

I would like to thank all of those who to took the time to view my noob work, your support and feedbacks mean a lot. keep a look out for my sale thread in garage sales under full systems, maybe u can bargain with me biggrin.gif see u all again in the near future thumbup.gif
