Free Internet Security Suites?

Try Comodo:

http://personalfirewall.comodo.com/

Before installing Security Suites, install any AV/Suites that you have. Coz IS suites tend to crash with each other.

The thing I like about Comodo is they are relatively strong in term of HIPS protection. However it will need more technical knowledge to configure though.

That issue is a long time ago. Not sure if the latest version have solved the problem.

You can also try Rising Internet Security, TrustPort Internet Security, eScan Internet Security and Trend Micro Internet Security which are also very efficient.

Here is a list from where you can choose various security software such as Internet security suites.

My experience with Avira.. So far every virus/torjan you name it, Avira manage to detect it. And it doesn't take up much memory or CPU at all.. scanning is also fast icon_idea.gif

I am using Norton AV now in my netbook. It does not slow down my netbook, hence another subscription fees for Norton.

Possible the Windows 7 update not complete yet.

It's normal when you uninstall a program from computer and restart computer and the boot up is fast..
because already less one program from your computer.

It working fine on my Windows 7...
Usually i will update all the Microsoft in Windows 7 (new pc bough on PC expo).. before install other application.

I would have to agree that a lot of publicity was done by Kaspersky as part of their marketing strategy (hiring ambassadors etc.). However, their products still does wonders for me. I usually use their full Internet Security suite for all my laptops/netbooks since it'll be used at public places pretty often. The safe surf feature is a great added bonus. biggrin.gif

Just wondering if there's any difference between the OEM version and non-OEM version of these internet security being sold in Lowyat. Anyone knows? Is there a catch in their cheap price?
