2 This will include EP holders who change employers. This does not apply to EP renewal cases, unless the employer is subject to additional requirements indicated in paragraph 9.

Dang, no wonder I feel like it's getting harder and harder to work in Singapore. Lucky those who are still staying put. Unlucky are those people who are now trying to or those who cabut some years back and wanna make a comeback  cry.gif

cabut & wanna make come back after few years, should not be a problem, so long that you:-

1) clear & maintain cyrstal clear record with IRA;
3) clear all billings before you pack your bag;
4) stable>> no job hopping (suka-suka)
2) no nasty remarks made by previous employer in MOM;

this is important:- use back your original FIN no when you do new application when you wanna make a comeback.

i started yr2000, stop in yr2004 (1 company), comeback yr2007 (1 company till now)

I don't see any relevant of doing this or how this could improve your odds of getting a job in Sg
*
you mis-understood, it does not help much in securing a job offer during interview but it makes a lot much easier to secure EP if you have FIN no for reference in your app to MOM if the hirer wants you in.

you wish. some companies give you EP level pay on paper to get approved but your offer letter states an amount that is below it. so every month you have to return that difference to the company whistling.gif whistling.gif

these are the type of employers that Mr Tan of MOM wants to nab badly vmad.gif thats why this latest policy comes about

They keep raising the minimum requirement of EP mean good news? Company forced to pay higher salary because S-Pass quota finish, have to hire as EP, so higher pay  rclxm9.gif  rclxm9.gif  rclxm9.gif

I bet your post should be able to fetch like 2.2k. But due to your work permit levy that they going to pay monthly, therefore it was deducted from your salary, end up become 1.7k.

YES, in simple language its akin "all-in fare" to the hirer per head-count shocking.gif

Today I went to an interview at Science Park. Woke up early in the morning and reached there at 9.40am.
Met the CEO and after he brief me about the work role then he asked me go back and consider.  mad.gif
If really want the job, only he schedule the managers to interview me after i drop him email.
I was like "WTH" of coz i want the work only I came here.  rclxub.gif  "Faint" (wasting my time)

To me it's a positive hiring process, let you know your job expectation before any thing else. I like it whenever matters are made clear for me to consider and decide.
