don't kno anything about magica madoka, but the outer shirt doesn't look fabric, is it leather/pleather? if yes i would avoid putting the stand on the waist, it will not just leave marks but also stick up the pleather layer in 2-3 years time.
i have 3 hokuto no ken rah in the cabinet don't know what to do with them, can't even touch them, can't sell them coz can't put back in box, can't even move them. most RAH end up around rm300-400 mark, so it's quite affordable compare to HT, EB.
so far the only ones that didn't drop in price are those limited exclusives. Link, Guts, That virtual Pop Star, Saber, all around rm350 mark. there are other japanese sites that sells at around amiami price but don't declare full price like amiami & HLJ, go find them out.

you can easily get it at 60% price after 6 months because figures like these aren't gonna sell out like hot cakes.
the leather like materials may give you a 3-4 years shelf life. but not difficult finding fabric replacements, pegs can easily be fixed using blutac. just tell them you learn about pleather materials and are concerned about the longetivity of the material, i'm sure they know how well medicom's pleather last.
still many folks paying big bucks on the Titan figures, those jackets are nice but ultimately Medicom & Sideshow pleather still not up to par in terms of longevity, Takara ones are slightly better by 1-2 years, and regarding HTs pleather, well just pray...
