I think most of the Dark Knight hardcore fans really hope to get 1/6 scale of the bat...not this 1/12 scale... shakehead.gif

heard some rumors that it could be an 1/4 ironman , 1/6 diecast Mk3 , Mk20 python etc hahahah nobody can confirm it.
But quite boring keep ironman  shakehead.gif  shakehead.gif

Talking bout toy fairs, Still have 1 more MISB condition  brows.gif

1/4 iron man has nothing special about it, as there isn't anymore detail should be covered or different from 1/6 version.
diecast mark 3, that would be more attractive. rclxms.gif

if Diecast war machine, then it would be great, but then from the helmet shape, it is not likely.

btw, Mark 21...you wanna sell it?

If you know HT's toy's fair history you can rule out a few things

It would not be 1/4 scale, it'll not be die-cast.....

It'll likely be a repaint only ....1/6 MMS python, Mk. 20 with more than a die-cast price..... A black Mk. 7 with HeartBreaker's legs and a slightly different helmet:

The other 2....Most likely predator (probably ancient)... Bank Robber Joker 2.0....

Sigh, never-ending repaint-repaint and repaint...

You can be almost 100% certain it'll not be .....

A die-cast Mk. 3 has enough demand to be a normal release...
*
Hmmm..."Enough demand to be a normal release"...I learn something here...

comparing Diecast version of war machine Mark II and toy fair exclusive Mark 21

one is diecast and one is plastic, both never appear in movie as well
but price is so much different, diecast price is less than half of the mark 21, that why toy fair exclusive is always a marketing strategy.

not in a direct way benefit
but the hype created by the Sales n the inflated price make 'outsiders' thinking other wise. HT maybe getting higher PO each time with new releases coz public thinking price will rise.
now u see scalpers having issues selling iron patriot

random guess
*
I think no need PO next time, we wait for all those "scalpers" buy first and we buy from them later.
now Iron Patriot got people let out lower than PO price.

Around end of August -mid September, only a fri, sat, sun event tho.from my experience last year, need go line up like 1-2am and sleep there.
A lot of People from Indonesia and Philippines actually bought air ticket to Singapore for the event . But the event is quite.. Bias. Insider information always leak out to those  toy sellers and we normal collectors lose out
Eg:  rules clearly state no overnight queue however they allow toy shop owners to go sleep inside the hall first . Quite unfair
*
Nothing is fair bro~ Toy shop owners are considered as their long term "supporter", they sell lots of the figure and help them make their fortune.
so they will have their exclusive entry.

Detolf is what most ppl would use for its price.. best to display each or two figure at each tier..  more than that would not look nice.
But i find the door have gaps, expecting dust accumulate over time..

if you are planning custom cabinet or built in with the house.. is suggest a raised cabinet with adjustable shelf, Start with big/ample space so you could add more collection in future years to come.. adding led lighting is best to do on each tier for full lighting.

its up to the owner creativity and need, some having too many to display ending up bunching them up together..
some prefer a bit of space between their figure and making it look good displaying..

I preferred this one! that's what I plan to do.
the only thing now is I am working on collecting the figure I want, and target amount of figure.

It is quite hard for me to get figures that I really like, LOL~

WALAU bro! So many awesome figures in the market!! tongue.gif
The amazing Spider-Man 2 quite attractive, cap A stealth suit looks amazing hahaha. biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

Normal collector problem: not enough $$$ sad.gif
@jason_tan1980 problem: not sure which figure to buy tongue.gif

Haha infiniti Bro, I am very picky and specific on choosing my own figure, despite looking at figure's populatrity... brows.gif
And mostly each categories i won't collect many unit, as too many units might kills of my interest on that kind of figure.

Right now what I have is some diecast car...6 in total and already stop collecting more, as new model does not attract me.
Some HT Iron Man...4 in total, stop a while, will c avengers 2 if the iron man suit still attracting me.
Some PVC figurine...2 in total, 1 coming next year, looking for another one as I plan to collect 4 in different color theme.
Some Transformer...9 in total, stop collecting as my target reach, and no more interested in new transformers.

and, plan to collect 4 Gundam, but still yet to start. icon_rolleyes.gif

Not sure will some "distributor" in Malaysia will "cut stock" again or not, because of it's awesomeness and popularity.

cut stock and keep the stock themselves, then goreng price. shakehead.gif

Yeah. Well, it'll end at some point. Once these kinds of figures go beyond RM800, I'm done.
Might as well get some DXs.

Actually I am considering Bones too, but it seems like the price has totally killed my interest on it.

I am done with HT, for me such kind of figure is not worth RM800, not even RM700.
My last HT is recently troublesome Mark 42, hope malaysia's batch with have fixed those issue.

This is ED209???

HT has lots of quality issue recently, they need to get a serious attention and improvement on this.
