It really shocked me when I saw the cutting quality. Pretty bad....Smoothen them with a file or some rotary tool. It's pretty bad a finishing.
The paintjob's needs to be redone as well. Sandpaper it, or use paint stripper for a much quicker job. Then spray primer, for about 3 layers and then sandpaper the primer lightly. Then respray again with paint.

You have to redo really....finish something that you start off. Don't leave it like that.

kinnda aggree wif tongyam and pizza...
because i was kinnda rush during spraying the casing..
plus.. i spray during bad weather... huhhh stupid me.
i know the cutting kinnda bad..
net time will try to get jigsaw...
i did this just to fulfill my free time....
bout the sotong... on the plan to hide it..

Dude, u could get a decent file (around RM 5) to grind the sides. Get both the flat surface & hemisphere types. Then u r done

hey i used the file to cleap up the blowhole i made biggrin.gif but it was a lot of work though... not that easy biggrin.gif

REGARDING THE LINING.

I DID mine using a SMALL CAR VACUUM HOSE. biggrin.gif

I bought those from CAR SPARE PARTS shop.

Cut them into half erm not all the way thru, just one side of it .... right in the middle. biggrin.gif

Here is the pic of the tube cut into half and onto the sidewindow.
