which board can make the system stable at the same voltage and frequency?

I know that asrock extreme 6 has a 8+4 power phase

thanks for the information, im using asrock extreme 6 now. But my proc 3770k can go to 4.8ghz but voltage must be 1.408, which makes my cpu really hot even with my corsair h110 water cooling (mx4 thermal paste) around 95 C

Your processor won't run 90C all the time. This is practical. Unless, you're making it to do Folding@Home, Mining, etc non-stop or 3D rendering 24 hours.

And, the previous statement I put(on the post above), already said that it'll surely last more than 10 years by normal means even the temperature is more than 80C(I stated maximally stress).

Basically, your motherboard die already(say more than 3 years or 5 years).
And, your processor will still live.

Processor is more likely to die from physical damage and also too overvolted(and NOT overheated).
