My rule of thumb:
5 C below TJ Max under IBT is fine for me
TJ max for Ivy Bridge is 105 C so anything up to 100 C or so is ok

Different people different rule. tongue.gif

I don't think 100C is a good idea, with a slight change in ambient temperature(forgot turn on air-conditional) or forgot to clean dust...
It might bump up to 105C.

Although, no damage will be done(PC will shut off when reach TJMax)... But, I don't think everyone want this to happen

Prime95 have a few different set...

You try the blend test and also the max heat stress...
Different result one...

IBT might be more stressful compared to Prime95.
But, in the meantime, try the tests.
