Elite rank 83 (aim within 200 for almighty) => 90+
Special rank 86 => 20+
Novice rank 134 => 20+
veteran rank 600+ => 60+

special coli is going to be high on points, but easy to win too... most of the people with rank 5-50 are having avg attack of 1500-2800. Even top five have only 2800-3200 attack average
