I went to the showroom on the 22nd of June 2014
If I am not mistaken, even the medium unit was around rm 400k ++++ Looks nice. Only problem is the location. Only one way to access.. That place is already crazy ass jammed up in the morning and evening.. finding for first property....plus i heard DIBS is applicable...meaning u only play the full installment after the condo is completed. |

I think Block B is selling a bit too slow at the moment. . Even the show room is quite empty nowadays.
