The traffic jam will reduce after the opening of MEX junction next year end. And the small road connect Tmn Universiti and Bukit Serdang in planning too.

From SK ONE Residence to KL can go through kampung road, guarantee no jam even peak hour.

SK ONE is not build in a township, is inside Seri Kembangan Kampung.

there are 2 road to SK ONE, first is the Jalan Besar Seri Kembangan, another is small road within Kampung

SK ONE facing high competitive on rental, opposite is a middle cost apartment (900sft selling 3xxk)
within 500m range got 3 low cost flat and 1 low cost apartment(7xxsqf, rental at RM700). SK ONE's distance to UPM is a bit far, around 15mins driving distance if no jam.

around 3km plus distance to AEON. This AEON business not that good, less ppl

laugh.gif the worst part is SK ONE surrounding by shoplot............since these shoplot tak laku on rental.........so many of it rent out as car bengkel, wood factory, steel cutting factory. Some of it as restaurant too.

impossible, thats side a lot of shoplot...............I believe the cost of demolished is higher than total selling price of SK ONE. laugh.gif

maybe they are referring to the shoplot build inside SK ONE, is that?

These shops been established here many years...............not belong to Malton. Developer cant do anything
