I heard they say Malton will manage the shoplots? If all shoplots will be demolished/rebuild or renovated to make the whole surrounding better like what I heard..

Then is worth buying if those shoplots will be under Malton to Manage.
Anyone can confirm on these?

Oh then maybe is the shops within SK One residence.
But in photo the shops around SK One is painted in blue...makes it looks like is really nice outside.

Drove there and see those shops really rundown and old. If they can repaint and refurbish those shops and if it is true those shops outside belongs to them to manage then will be good.

If not is like being surrounded by rundown shops...

Oh well...cant do anything but to accept it. Knowing lots of good food there from what I heard
