Sometime people tot developer is malton /pavilion sure good reputation macam holy grail... never makan their words. Too bad Not much pipu know their samseng past... But If talam or cog, huayang developer made a promise u dare to believe boh.

Malton/pavilion must take responsible of wat they said. INI macam budak play sand. Sibeh cheat pipu kau kau. Soso location n surrounding look so jialat liao. If not PV promise to manage the shop... Seriously sibeh Nobody very want to buy.

go in straight boleh settle. so far only went there once to get some document urgent pretty fast and good service. hassle free.

Saw many run down dying shop next to sk2 become church n religious center. Good sign to revive n become another non halal township. Non halal township is rare gem. Macam dpc, 1u park, jadehill.

Heard said maluri Amaya by malton maintenance fee want shoot up to 60sen psd. Pvbj by malton disguise With pavilion skin maybe shoot up to rm1 psf. Here maybe later 40sen psf.

Shop bawah sk one.. Developer said will manage by them. Now cabut lari sell all shop out. Maybe More Jialat surprise on the way.

the old and famous chee mui yong tau foo no more liao.
they sold it to other pipu due to gst hassle.
sold liao no need to headache the gst problem.
food quality drop kaw kaw. getting less n less customer liao. no more ong..

sk one side punya shops all very run down. the end corner row is the worst. mostly do stock keeping. repair shop.

This place memang jialat.

Too deep deep access. Far far from highway, Macam trap in the middle of nowhere.

Surrounding Shops manyak turn to religions usage. Some nice restaurant can be found here. Macam still no bank here. Nearest Macam at Jalan serdang there.
