Ts is just expressing his opinion. Every company have their policy. Is good that I know this coz I might can weigh better the next phone I buy. And forum is a good place to update yourself.

But ts, all phones have problems in a small percentage of them and being unlucky is something to expect. I hope the repair solves your problem. Coz that is the point. I had 2 Samsung phones since Jan 2010 and although I had minor issues with quality, they are still serving me well and I never claimed warranty. My ipad on the other hand I claimed warranty already.

correct. My ipad I claim warranty one to one exchange. But the 'new' ipad didn't come with sealed box like when i bought it . So i doubt it is new. But i don't complain coz it works like new.
