I think those who got no job, then is ok to gamble with such company who adopt "hire/fire" policy. For those already with stable job, if you jump ship just for the extra dollars then think carefully. And for those who ask for exceptionally below market rate also alright to join such "hire/fire" company as nobody can be cheaper then you.

Keep hiring non stop meaning finding cheaper slaves from the market to replace their existing employees.

Mean they probably practicing "churn and burn" management tactics.

They will probably make use of some kind of so call mgmt methodology to remove their existing employees to be replace by cheaper one.
