next time keep insisting its their terminal issue. i had a similar experience with Citibank Clear at Coffee Bean (Buy 1 Free 1). They tried 5 times and still cannot get through. I called Citibank on the spot and Citibank claimed no attempt to make transactions at all; end up the fella at coffee bean just tried the card with Maybank terminal and it works!

Just renew road tax at JPJ pengkalan chepa self service kiosk using maybank amex 2 card!!!
So now amex can be used to renew road tax at jpj, but there is limit for transaction less than rm300 only.
