OR, any random people just use your number[by randomly put your number] in any survey/ads ...

my SIM is normal SIM and yes, it is LTE-enabled I changed my SIM on June, suprisingly they give me the LTE-enabled SIM

why complain? , it is either their agent misinformed or give wrong information.
