wanna ask opinion bout my harddisk cooling system.....

i'm imaging, the heat will spread from left to right... can the movement destroy my hdd??? tongue.gif

the blow-in will suck the air from outside.. and the blow-out, will blow the hot air,, and the dust out... i create this bcoz, i'm afraid if i only use blow-in, all the dust will stuck beside the hdd.. sweat.gif

>> the blow-out fan is slower than the blow-in fan....

>> wanna ask.. cureently using 300w PSU, if i use higher.. that mean i can use more fans???

thanks in advanced

Not really sure whether it will work or not ... but one thing for sure if the air is exhaust at the bottom will rise and used by the intake fan again in cooling off the HDD...

so will it be efficient to make the exhaust fan set below the intake fan ?

Yes it can destroy ur hdd only if u dun ground ur hdd(non-metal rack)....i dun think tht config utilises air to the max efficiency.....i suggest mounting the air outlet at the back of ur casing...the air would pass by the largest hdd area plus ur mobo components on the way to the back....dust problem....it depends on ur place...like air cond/no air cond...windows open/close...distance from high traffic roads..etc.

Yes the higher the psu power...the more stuffs u can put not oni fans...go use a psu requirement calculator(easily found by google) to compute out ur max power and the power currently u using.

Mean the hot air that push out from the case will rises and suck back by the intake fan to cool off ur hdd

so after few cycle do u think it is cool air cooling ur HDD or the hot air that have been used again and again in blowing through ur HDD>..

it's like a continuous loop .....

that is a nice casing there.. nice arrangement... so neat

actually, i got the back outflow fan, bawah psu..
plus.. the only thing that hot in my casing.. are my hdd;s.. huuhh
the samsung hdd, sometime so hot... cant touch in for a minutes +++
that's why i blow in the air direct to the hdd...
