For (cpu intel Q6600) + (gpu amd hd4850), what wattage psu should i use? also I want to built with 4 hard disk..

Hello. I wanna setup a new rig. Don't have to be powerful. Just doing it for normal stuff like watching movies, surfing internet, chatting, downloading and stuff. Not do game, seldom doing that..

If I have a budget, let say rm200. Should I just buy 8GB or normal.ram or just 4GB high.performance.ram? |
