QUOTE(mavezai1984 @ Jul 7 2013, 09:07 PM) Erm jumping up a level will required Sapphire Radeon 7970 Ghz Vapor-X or GTX770 which priced at rm1399, take your pick if u can sketch your budget. erm what is balancing yeah?im new Might as well settle with dual core i3 but balancing is the key point for rig suggested, cant go wrong with quad core + 760 in 1080p. |

QUOTE(hmwgbworld @ Jul 7 2013, 09:50 PM) To make sure every components run well together. Balancing in building a rig can be the same concept as building a house, say you wont like to see a house built that is imbalance ahhh icic.thx for the info.btw,do u think the gpu that u recommend is enough to support the latest games?not necessarily at max,as long as it's decent at 1080. |

QUOTE(hmwgbworld @ Jul 7 2013, 10:02 PM) Yup, the GPU is pretty good performance in this price tag imo. It outperforms gtx660ti but cheaper. herm,is the mobo future proof?since this is a once in a while purchase,i might consider increasing my budget.is the gaming mobo from msi good?specifically msiz87 gd65 Here's the link for some of the other games benchmark: http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/NVIDIA/...GTX_760/16.html Take your time |

QUOTE(hmwgbworld @ Jul 7 2013, 10:13 PM) There's no future proof in most pc hardware, as the technology improves fast nowadays. New hardware will keep on going and soon or eventually replace the current ones by a matter of time. ahhh ic.thx for the info.btw, this rig need to pair with what kind of monitor yeah?any good cheap monitors that u know?prefer if its 23' This is pretty obvious we can see on smart phones, getting slimmer and specifications getting better. In fact that gaming mobo doesn't help to improve the gaming performance by much. Unless you are making use of the killer lan port, but most ppl now are using wifi/wireless so i don't see a reason to spend much on mobo. Unless u really utilize the most features from it. |

QUOTE(hmwgbworld @ Jul 8 2013, 07:02 PM) Screw out that i5 3330, get i5 3470 with better clock & boost speed by adding RM30 only. can u recommend a psu then?im not that good in this thing.btw,if change to i5 3470,need to change the mobo as well? For PSU, get something better such as Seasonic S12II 620W. To secure the power is always more than enough. Efficiency of the PSU is determining how much powers will be drawn from the socket wall. Example: 80% efficiency, pc consumes 200W. So the total power will be drawn socket wall = 200/0.80 = 250W. The 250W will be the one that being measured by metre reading. As we can see, better efficiency save more power and money. For Malaysia the electric is cheaper than other countries, so as long as your psu is 80+ bronze will be good enough to conserve power. |
