hye.. need suggestion

i want to build a new SFF pc
want to play latest game with good graphic
budget 5k

the most important thing i want in my build is
-must have amd radeon r9 290x card
-ssd
-custom watercool

no need monitor,speaker,mouse,and keyboard

the proc is k mean for oc rite?
maybe u can suggest me cheper non k proc and mobo biasa2 only.
and i have some fittings leftover from my last build. can save up a little on wc parts.
