hye all, i wanna build a rig for my parent just for websurfing n some office work. budget is rm850. someone please help me clarify my spec list.

currently in my mind,

wd 500gb rm159
liteon dvd rm59
normal casing + psu included rm60

total will be around rm850. the reason i pick cap ayam psu is i think all the hardware will run in minimal watt.
maybe get any suggestion without adding more money? please help me
