Hi guys, just realize the existence of this thread, after receiving comments from other forumers, this is my dekstop build, 80% gaming purpose and mayb rendering as well. is it ok for a 3k budget to build this gaming rig?

Totall all added up was RM3252, i might spend another RM150 on stuff like keyboard,mouse and speaker

So total final is RM3402............

BTW,i got few question to ask since my topic have quite slow reply from the forumers,

1. Is leadtek gtx670 good? because it have the lowest price compare with other brand like asus, gigabyte, palit...
2. Why most of the ppl choose to buy 660 or 680 instead? there are very few amount ppl targetting 670.....
3. MY budget is actually around 2.9k, which mean this has already exceeded my figure, i am fine to pay it up to 3.4k, but is it really worth my money to build this dekstop for 80% gaming purpose, rendering ?

thx for ur reply, but i saw some comments from tomshardware, there are ppl suggesting not to OC leadtek GTX 670 due to the poor cooler they have, and they got no backplate which i dun even know what was that. Most of the ppl suggest to take asus and gigabyte if really wan to OC [FYI, my gaming room is quite hot btw, that why my laptop is busted]

in future, might be..... u know nowadays game requirement are getting higher and higher

lifespan of AMD GPU.... and my fren told me nvidia GPU have better software update (i think he is talking about the driver update ,right? )

look like you have poison me , but why all the benchmark that i found on the internet stated 7970 is weaker than 670 ? i just took a view on some price list, there are two type of 7970 in sapphire brand

I just dont get it, since we can OC ourselve, but why many GPU they come out a OC version itself?? what the point? and the difference between these two are RM100... sorry i am very new to GPU still

hi there, is me , erm i decided to buy sapphire hd 7970 vapor-x ghz edition 3gb, because i can get it for RM1200 which i think its a good deal, but the processor that i m going to buy was i5 3570 , which is not good to OC right? i m just afraid i might get bottleneck when gaming because i will OC my GPU, i found some comments from tomshardware, there is a guy who use same processor as i do , get bottleneck on crysis 3, is it better to get 3570k? oh ya BTW my PSU Corsair 650W VS ( A/80+) enough to support my GPU ,right?

Hi guys, i decided to cut my budget by select cheaper price of PSU, my CPU is i5 3570 and GPU is sapphire HD7970 Ghz edition vapor -X , but can i choose Corsair CX series [650W=RM155] or [750W=RM195] ????? The price is much cheaper compare with others brand and series, i doubt the quality though......

Oh ya , can CM elite 431 casing fit in my GPU ? as i know, my GPU is quite big in size 185mm if i m not mistaken, thank you

hi guys, can i5 4570 with socket 1150 placed on mobo z77 with socket 1155? will there be faulty? or it cannot fit in as well?

hi is haswell i5 4570 is use to compete against i5 3570 ? or i5 4670 ? because i just look up some result from the internet, stated i5 3570 is better in terms of overall performance than 4570, and i notice 4570 only run 3.2 Ghz

guys, is this PSU good enough to support i5 3570k with hd 7970 ghz edition? i m thinking to get this, because its only selling on RM225.00 for a 650w PSU, is AeroCool good enough to compete against corsair or xigmatek PSU?

i dont see any revised on the price of nvdia 770 still, even though many sources like techpowerup and tomshardware claimed that NVDIA reduced the price. The cheapest r9 280x is powercolor r9 280x RM1049 and sapphire r9 280x dual X rm1089........

oh thx, but still the r9 280x worth the money...

over my budget, got to order the powercolor or the dual X OC version around rm1k
