Try
Intel Xeon E3 1230v2 RM779
MSI B75MA-P45 RM229
G-Skill Value ram 4gb x2 RM219
Crucial M500 120GB SSD RM359
Seagate 1TB RM199
Leadtek GTX650 ti Boost 2gb or Sapphire 7850 2gb RM599
SuperFlower Golden Green HX500W RM249 (from GBros or other dealers from CyntrixTech)
Dell 23" monitor S2340L led ips RM559
CM N200 Casing RM179

Total RM3371

*"NEVER SETTLE FOREVER" only applicable to new series of AMD cards iinm. For never settle bundle, u need to ask from sellers.
No opnion yet, since the cards not even released, no benchmarks or comparisons too. If u need a PC immediately for working, I will say buy the lower end GPU first and see how's the performance from new series of AMD then decide the upgrade options when u get more budget.

**There's no fact that AMD build is always cost efficient than Intel. The fact for now is: Intel is leading.

***Performance ram doesnt help much or show much different/improvements even in benchmarks. Stick with value rams to save your wallet.

I made up my mind to come up with this spec..
any suggestion???

AMD FX-6300
G-BYTE 970A-DS3
Corsair 8GB PC1600
Leadtek/Zotac GTX 760 2GB (RM800)
WD Blue WD10EZEX 1 TB
SuperFlower Golden Green HX600W
CM N300 Casing
Dell 23" monitor S2340L led ips

*plan to buy fan controller to fill the case with fan. does it make effect as my house do not have air-cond and always hot except night.
i remove optical drive (rarely to none use) and SSD(saving budget).
will this system perform well
