No bottleneck, everything including GPU is good enough. Is your task using up all 8gb of ram right now?

Thanks bro,but sad case is corsair 200R currently out of stock at my local store sad.gif

Any alternative?
I went to my local stores and found out these casings :

Cooler master K350 RM160
Cooler master Enforcer RM310
Cooler master Advanced Scout 2 RM329(grey) RM379(white)
Corsair 300R RM270

Don't know which one would be best bang for buck sad.gif what is the main difference between corsair 200R and 300R?

What's your budget? And your location?
CM Storm Scout 2 (Black,Grey,White) is RM279, RM289, RM339
Can buy from garage sales, just add postage.
300R has side window
*
RM300 + - smile.gif
postage too heavy,cost a bomb sad.gif
I'm from KK sabah sad.gif my local store 300R without window=RM275,the price okay? sad.gif

FYI,

The GC i refer does not exceed RM1000 for Gainward with local warranty.
Sadly that is true...

A very important reminder for you is to remember to ask your seller to measure based on dimension rather than weight. If your casing is bigger, it will be "heavier" if measure using dimensions.

300R is a casing i like very much among corsair casings, but without window? never seen 1 before till now.
*
Thanks for the reply smile.gif But if I'm not wrong, that day I saw one is without window one and I checked at corsair website, there is one that is non window version.

aha, thanks for the reminder but I think at the moment I would pick any casing available in my local stores as the postage would make the casing not worth it sad.gif

I'm now dilemma between 300R and storm scout 2 advanced by cooler master.the price difference is RM25 smile.gif what is your opinion on scout 2? smile.gif

QUOTE(hmwgbworld @ Sep 30 2013, 09:47 PM)
Yup, the price is quite acceptable. In Kuching Sarawak the price is around RM285~300 for window/normal version.
300R do have both with mesh and window version. Window version usually RM10 or 20 expensive than mesh one.
Window version do have more flex than mesh one due to the big acrylic window.
*
Thanks for the clarification smile.gif By the way dude,Cooler master scout 2 advanced cable management compare to corsair 300R,is it far bad than the 300R? personally I more like towards the cooler master scout 2 advanced but nobody at the forum recommend it sad.gif so I afraid is there anything wrong there sad.gif

Either one of them are good imo.
cable management for both cases are ok, in the end still depend on how user manage themselves most of the time.
no ppl suggest doesn't mean it is bad, just casings are so many type of design. so different ppl sure have different preference in design.

Personally much toward simple design casings, such as Silverstone PS07, Arc Midi/Mini R2, 300R, etc.

I always order the Corsair 300R without telling them it is windows version or not from local distributor, but always got window version so far.

I am not into cooler master casing yet. So no opinion on that.
*
Thank you guys for the replies smile.gif I had bought the casing scout 2 advanced(black) for RM300 smile.gif Thank you guys for the advises.appreciate it a lot smile.gif

QUOTE(alfiejr @ Oct 1 2013, 06:12 PM)
for gaming its better to get a corded mouse(Deathadder 2013, G400, Steelseries) while keyboard unless you're going for mechanical any membrane keyboard will do.

A GTX 760 is nearly two times as powerful compared to the old GTX 560 Ti, so yes I would say it is quite worth it.

icon_question.gif icon_question.gif this statement make me feel like wanted to change the gpu sad.gif May I know how much the old GTX 560ti could be sell? Mine about 2 years, one more year warranty only sad.gif GIGABYTE one sad.gif

I suggest you wait because some sellers (eg idealtech, Dotatech etc) will unveil the R9 280X pricing by tomorrow, check the price first before you decide which card to go.
Update: Gbros got the price already, https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2851121

do zotac or palit release AMD card? Because sapphire, gigabyte and asus seems like a bit expensive sad.gif
sapphire R9 280X is about gigabyte/asus 760 but way expensive than the zotac one sad.gif

so what do you guys think sad.gif should take the zotac 760 or grab the r9 280x

If you look at benchmarks, the 280x is directly competing with the gtx 770 at RM1400++ at 1080p and 1440p gaming. Should not be comparing it with the 760.
*
thanks for the reply smile.gif thx for pointing out it should be compete with 770 smile.gif

sapphire vapour-X 1.2k,is it worth the 500 from zotac GTX760?

QUOTE(alfiejr @ Oct 10 2013, 01:51 PM)
You can consider getting the R9 280X, I'm not sure about the price point but it should be around the 7970 GHZ edition or a bit less.

It has a 3GB of Vram so it should be more than suffice if you're playing at 1440P

For time being,

Sapphire R9-280X 3GB GDDR5 @ rm1159

Yes, Sapphire only offer 2 years.
So far Sapphire still a reputable brand as AMD cards manufacturer for quite a long time.
No ones can say how long it would last, longer warranty time doesn;t mean product will last longer actually.
Sometimes a product gives 5 yrs warranty, but it keep on failing and u need to repeat the procedure of claiming will be much tiring lol.

thanks for it bro smile.gif
But bro,my psu only superflower HX500W(bought last week),possible to run the toxic? sad.gif

I also very tempted to set up the r9 280x to my rig sad.gif but surfing around forum and google, found out that new batch of r9 280x with tahiti XTL would be release to replace the r9 280x with tahiti XT2 sad.gif that's why make me doubt to use the current r9 280x or sell it out and upgrade to other gpu sad.gif

I found out that lingloong sell msi 770 quite cheap sad.gif still cant make a decision :S
