Yup, only 1km from night market.My guess prefer to walk.

Saw many owner renting their unit at Airbnb and occupancy rate is quite high

I think this place is well located, just before the terrible jam to Brinchang

Can get how many % roi?

Hmmm...Walking on not so flat groud for 1km at night?

They are renting at 180, average 6-8 nights per month, 1260 per month. Good?
