3 rower 500psf when first launch, but kosong everything, no free legal fees or whatever, this NOVO also very high risk. There are few workers in the site everyday but no progress for around 2 years.

I think those along jalan ampang mostly not performing, even Meritz and Avenue K residence directly opposite KLCC trading at around 1000psf - 1100psf. This NOVO opposite Gleneagle selling 1400psf reminds me of Panorama KLCC launch price 1300-1400psf now selling below developer price at around 1000psf and still struggling.

Completion in 2019? Completion of what? Earth work ah?

They have been doing earth work since 2014, now still doing the same thing and very minimal activity at the site there......

Let's come back in 2018 and see if this project is still selling or not......or is it really take 20 years to build?
