I think those along jalan ampang mostly not performing, even Meritz and Avenue K residence directly opposite KLCC trading at around 1000psf - 1100psf. This NOVO opposite Gleneagle selling 1400psf reminds me of Panorama KLCC launch price 1300-1400psf now selling below developer price at around 1000psf and still struggling.
