Just an update, the project is very well alive & completing soon! Yes, there were some hiccups before as it had been launched for a while, but everything is running well now!
And we are looking at VP in Q2 this year!

Have you been to the site yourself? Worthy or not depend on your purchase intention, can browse the listing of surrounding property if intention to invest on this project

What comparable project you use to benchmark? If 700psf also I won't buy.

I wonder when this project will VP. Construction seems completed for quite a while now.
