anyone can confirm using power bank to charge your phone only can get 440 mah current?wall socket can get 1000 mah

finally, i just successful to do a very very very minor modification which is to change battery to circular only without changing others for 4.2.2. only success after using mobile odin. sigh. Attached thumbnail(s)

Ive experienced that my S3 will sometimes auto on my mobile plan eventhough manually off it. I will be oversea soon for few days n I dont want to be charged crazily for international data roaming. What option do I have besides call to the telco 2 temporary disable the my mobile plan?
