try using this app to calibrate your battery.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?...libration&hl=en

fully charge ur batt to 100% before using the app

it's recommended to calibrate once every time after u flash ur firmware..

if it doesn't fix then i dunno what's the problem liao
*

whats the most convenient way to get root + cwm recovery?

i want to be able to flash custom rom,
in first page, root method are cf root, exynos abuse, framaroot

cf auto root stated as recomended, but in xda thead chainfire says he not maintaining it anymore, and doesnt seem to have cwm recovery

exynos abuse method might cause camera issues.

the framaroot never mention about including custom recovery.

is there any universal kernel that once flash auto root and have cwm? in s2, siyah kernel is universal across stock rom version, and provide root+cwm. for s3 siyah is not a recomended method?

2A charging is for those battery got large capacity like tablet.our phone battery capacity range is around 15000 mah - 30000 mah.if u use to big output current to charge your phone then the battery life very fast die liao.thats why all original charger only come with 1A output

Very hard to comprehend your England. I hope you mean something like this?

QUOTE
2A charging rate is for those phone batteries with large capacities like tablets. Our phone battery capacity range is around 15000 mah - 30000 mah. If u use too big a current to charge your phone then the PHONE battery life would deplete quickly. That's why all original charger only come with 1A output

If so, then I still don't get the relationship between charging rate and battery depletion of the phone? I hope this is what you are trying to say...

Fast phone charging rate is a good thing *duh* as it takes lesser time to charge your phone either at home or on the go. Do you want to wait for 2 hours for your phone to finish charging or 4 hours? *Duh*

But if you're talking about the power bank instead, logically yes, your power bank battery capacity would deplete twice as fast if the output rate is 2A instead of the usual 1A, but how does this matter to you?

I still really can't get it.

agree, larger output current though heat up the battery more, but with shorter time, it actually reduce the stress to the battery during charging and hence longer battery life. charging S3 with note 2 2A charger is so fast.

aiyo... why so confusing on phone chargin issue?? been discuss before... if not sure ask uncle google la....

Higher charge rate to phone, phone charge faster = good
higher charge rate to phone, battery life span reduce = no good.

but you decide at the end of the day reduce battery life or gain quicker charge at the end of the day.

May I know your source of such logic??? Or is your thinking or commonsense?
I disagree with each sentence of yourselves
Go read battery university website to understand better instead of posting such ridiculous statements

after rooted, flash the cwm recovery using odin

Thanks, CF root seems very easy to do. just use odin to flash.

for the cwm, you say flash using odin.

cant find the cwm in xda, is it directly go http://www.clockworkmod.com/rommanager
and download the .img for i9300?

odin can flash .img format? i thought only tar?
does the cwm recovery remains even if i change rom? i plan to use omega rom.
