Bro, based on your analysis, can unit facing south at this location see klcc? Lets say floor 25th n above.

orientation is north-south. to see KLCC must stand at balcony and look east?

isn't mont kiara over densed and the large units are difficult to rent out? With this brand new development, the older units might have even more downward rental pressure right?
